Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went on a fun/nice easy run. We went through Stewart, had a few stops along the way like on the ice and a few snow balls were thrown. Then we went around the golf course a few times. We headed back and did a good 15-20 mins of abs. My leg didn't hurt at all.
