Not my best day today. It was fairly cold out but not too bad. I am definitely coming down with a sickness and I could feel it today I was coughing all day. The workout was 5-6 250m runs at 37-42 seconds. We did another 5 minutes easy five minutes fast paced and 5 minutes tempo warmup. I just felt drowsy throughout it. We did 6 strides after 2 easy 2 medium and 2 hard. Then we started the workout I knew it was gonna be bad because of how I felt. The first one was slow because we didn't really know our pace. We did jogging/resting recoveries between each rep, Then next one was fine. Then I just felt great for the third and I just pushed myself and went a little too quick. I focused mainly on my arms and their rotation and that really helped a lot. But after the third I started coughing a lot and got a bad headache. I just tried to make it through the last few because my head was hurting so bad. I had to cut my cool down short because my head hurt so much. I had some ibeprophin and did foot drills when I got back.
