Comments:
After a few rounds with the snooze button I finally capitulated and arose for my morning run. Nice weather helped cheer me up, but I was definitely tight, heavy, and slow after the workout and lack of cool down yesterday. I looped most of the country club nature trail and forced myself through 35 min in time to release Lew for work and take over custody of the girls. Not a pleasurable run, but a very necessary one. My left heal is achy, and the forefoot of my right is tender too. Right ham/glute is very unhappy as usual too. Generally, I loosened up significantly as I went, but my energy never rebounded and I was tired throughout.
