Comments:
Apparently I did the workout wrong...we were supposed to do the intervals all out, but I aimed to do them at goal race pace (2:20...35 sec 200s)
400, 2 min, 200, 1 min, 200, 1 min, 200, 1 min, flying 150
the 400 was 72, then 32, 36, 35, 37 (we jogged into the 150 so I timed the 200)
Again, like Monday, hard workout but too short. I felt tired during but not exhausted after. Did it in trainers today because I didn't want to carry my spikes to the track. We were supposed to do mileage after but I only did a mile back to veale. Decided to get in a good lift to make up for the short workout though.
Sleds, day 2 lift, increased weights a little, stretching
