Comments:
2 by 4x4 with 2 min rest. each 4 starting from 84 aimed at getting gradually faster. I think if we didnt start off so fast in the first set the workout would have felt more relaxed but the faster 4s felt better than the slower ones. I dont remember my paces but all of the 4s were faster except for one 85 and the last one was around 78-79. my legs felt a little tired though. the 150s kicked my butt!!
