Comments:
On about every rep we hit faster than the given times which is a positive. Last set was solid: 71, 68, 67, 66. Although the times say it was a good workout, I'm still pretty disappointed. I feel like I was a little conservative in the first half of the workout. My speed is also not where I want it to be, so that's what I need to work on. Core after and went to the weight room to work on legs after.
