Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went to the reservation for my run today. It was very wet and muddy but the ground was soft which I think was good for my leg. I got my arch wrapped again before the run which seemed to help a lot. No pain again today. Aerobically I was pretty tired the first half of the run but felt better the second half. I put the work in the pool the past few weeks, now I just have to readjust to running on land and hope I stay healthy and get stronger.
