Comments:
Ran in the reservation. I was pretty tired but my leg felt fine because I had my arch wrapped again. I'm definitely not in the shape I want to be despite cross training hard the past month. But I guess nothing compares to actual running so I'll just have to stay healthy and build back up to where I was. Core and bands after
