chill run to prep for race

Comments:
felt really bad at first but got much better. My left IT band was just destroying me. Did 4 striders at the track too. Tried to get to bed by 9:30, but fireworks kept me up for a good while longer. I know I hate doing less than 5 miles on any run, but I was really tired and just wanted to the run out of the way.
