Workout at Wellington HS

Comments:
Woke up early for this workout so I wouldn't have to run in the sun since it got up to 94 degrees today. We got to the high school and I thought I was gonna get thrown out because all the staff were looking at me but luckily they didn't do anything. I did a progressive warmup around the track 10 mins easy 5 mins fast 5 mins tempo. Then I did 6 50 m strides with a 50 m jog back. 2 easy strides 2 med 2 fast. Then I did the first rep of my workout which was a 300 at 400 m pace I went a little slow since I was still adjusting to the pace I needed to go. I jogged around the track for a little then did my next part which was my 200 I felt very fast and just pushed myself during it. Had a very short recovery and did the next one. After that one I went to the 100s, I put my spikes on which I haven't done in awhile and started them up. I went all out for the 100s and felt really fast, almost like a sprinter. Then I got a cooldown in. I focused on staying relaxed, my arm swing, and turnover throughout the workout. Felt strong, I also was very consistent.
