Comments:
Back logging again, shame on me I know. I ran yesterday, slowed down the pace because I thought it was what's best. Felt great! Feel anxious to when I can run at a meet again. I know its far away but still. I hadn't done strength work in a few days so I did planks, plank leg lifts, and crunch progression.
