Comments:
Ran with two guys from the high school team. We didn't realize how slow our first mile was (7:30) so we really had to pick it up a lot. The whole run was a progression and our last 5 miles were under 6. This is the longest run I've done since high school but I was pretty satisfied with the overall pace.
