Comments:
Sick workout today. Woke up feeling pretty decent even after getting to bed at like 3.
Quarters started off pretty decent. We were having some trouble locking in to the pace. Tights and wind might have caused that. Limiting factor today was probably the legs (lack of sleep mid week?)
still managed to pick it up pretty consistantly and close out nice and hard. Super pumped that I didn't crash and burn as usual.
lift day 2 was pretty rough on the arms...
greek life was all over the track so no sleds...
