Vancouver seawall run

Comments:
Beautiful run today along the Vancouver waterfront after six days off since my soccer game last Saturday. I had planned to do a few short morning jogs last week but my legs were too sore from skiing when I tried to run. I was able to keep up with daily strength work every afternoon, though.

Felt pretty good today considering the long layoff. My knees were a little bit annoying for the first mile or so but they felt better as I went on. Will try to find a track tomorrow for a workout but if I can't, I'll do a 45-60 minute run.
