Out and back at Lake worth

Comments:
Meant to only run for 60 mins but was feeling good so I ran a little extra. At some points I really pushed the pace at others I settled in to a more relaxed pace. I did this out and back from the beach that I was at. At one point I found myself in a nature center and did some laps in there. It was a very nice run. Tomorrow I'll get a longer run in.
