Comments:
Not a bad workout. Yet again, no crash and burn which is really good.
first and third were over hurdles and those went alright, I hit a couple which sucks but overall my form wasn't too bad.
No lift today, ended up going to bed at 6 am so thats why
4th interval is recovery jogging in between reps ~800 m per rep
