Comments:
I ran with Zac today. We ran one lap at potters field but didn't want to keep dodging soccer balls so we went to the reservation. I'm still not in the best shape but it helped running with Zac and talking the whole time. Despite feeling tired I still am very happy to be running pain-free. The trainer was closed because it's a weekend so I couldn't get an arch support but I still felt fine. I enjoy a tough run more than the pool or bike any day. After the pool I did core and bands
