I had work and so I couldn't get in the pool. I tried the recumbent bike bc I figured it wouldn't bother my back. It didn't I just felt stiff after it and slight pain. It just felt a lot harder than the regular bike! I did level 6, rpm 95-100. I tried the elliptical for a little and I didn't feel pain on it. I didn't hurt as bad to walk after. I did abs and bands after
I'm just tired from this week. I want to do a better job of cross training this week I feel like I didn't do enough.
