Comments:
First time hitting 14 in a few weeks, so I am pleased. Felt good throughout. Ran with Ryan on soft for the first 7, then ventured out on the roads for the second half. Kept the pace strong throughout. DId core and stretched well afterwards. Getting excited for Friday.
