Weather: Sunny, low 20s

Comments:
Outdoor workout with the long sprint crew.

2 x (100 all out, :30 rest, 100 all out, :30 rest, 100 all out, :30 rest, 100 all out) with full recovery between. I knew it was going to be painful by the end of the second one. I don't know that I've ever felt 100m to be such a long distance before. Great workout though.
