some gucci speed work

Comments:
Legs were still feeling it a little bit today, slept really poorly last night (went to bed too early I think)
600,400,2x200 all x 3. First and third set over hurdles. Felt pretty decent, we were shooting for ~73 pace on six and 4 legs, the twos were just kindof letting it go. Final set of 200's I really let it go. It felt good to run fast.
Hurdle form wasn't perfect but it was decent.
sled work then upstairs lift to save time so I could make ice baths and dinner.
all reps had equal distance cool down, that's added into the 1 mile cooldown.
