Didn't get the opportunity to log after my run yesterday and just landed in the US and got cell service. Run yesterday was nice and long but I wish I could have kept it closer to my normal pace around 7:30. Legs felt dead, though they eventually loosened up after my pace was over 7:50 for the first two and a half miles. Never felt fresh but hopefully I will tomorrow after 14 hours in transit forced me to take a day off today. Good news is that my knee felt fine and all my skiing soreness is going away. I did plank progression and push-ups before and 8 minute abs after. Don't want to go into Wednesday's meet with consecutive days off so I'll go out for a relaxed, normal-length run tomorrow back in DC.
