Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
1 mile warm up at 7:45, then Hill repeats South Lumpkin, start at bottom and run at threshold to traffic light, easy run to bottom. Repeat a total of 4 round trips. Concentrate on standing tall, not folding at waist. Push off strongly and drive forward. Threshold is a hard pace, but not all out. Should be at about 10k pace feel. The pace may be a liittle slow, you can dial it down a little if you feel you can complete the workout at an equal pace
