On the outdoor track today.
2 mile warmup, drills
8x30 sprints in spikes
4x30 bounds
4x 200 faster than race pace, 12 sec rest, 50 all out, 15 sec rest (1000 m total)
hit 32, 36, 32, 34 for the 200s. I was shooting for 34, so overall I'm happy with it. So windy. Really focused on form and the clock, tried not to think about anything else.
