Comments:
Nothing crazy a few days out. 3 mile tempo (5:49, 5:47, 5:48) felt super easy. Then I did 6 by 200, and the splits were all over the place. No problem there. Tough hearing that I will be doing the 10k on my own, but I am strong enough to handle it. Hope the weather will be good.
