Weather: cool, sunny

Comments:
We warmed up in the gym and stretched, then distance went out front and did intervals. We did a 2 lap, then 3, then 4, then 4, and finally a 1 lap run. So roughly a 600, 900, 1200, 1200, 300. I felt pretty good doing them. Then afterward I took a 2 lap cooldown and went to the Y and did legs.
