Comments:
Unexpectedly took yesterday as my day off, as I was feeling a bit under the weather. Got into the gym before closing today, and decided to bike. My legs felt oddly heavy, and it was hard to let my mind wander when everywhere I looked I saw another machine screen displaying pace, time, and distance. I spent most of the time on gears 7-9, which definitely felt a little harder than a regular run "resistance," but then again, biking is a little smoother by nature.
