Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
One of my only morning runs this entire spring break. Felt pretty nice to run before eating, but it also meant that I didn't have sunblock on from previous activities, and by the time I got back home I was mildly crisp. Went out along seven mile highway to the smoothie king, where I took a short heat/bathroom break, and went back. Splits were very similar, but I can't remember the exact times. On the way out, there was wind on my back, and on the way back, despite being against the wind, I was fully loosened up and tangibly more relaxed. Run was definitely slower than my usual, but I'll try not to over think it. A tad bit of ankle pain from yesterday's workout, possibly from slipping slightly in the puddles. Happy to be sore from that workout, though.
