Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Zac had a 4 mile warmup so I ran that with him in the reservation then continued with a mile on the track and some loops around the grass field to finish up. I went out at a more comfortable pace and felt so much better today. It was an enjoyable run and it's nice to know that if I keep the pace under control I can feel good on a run. After class I did core and bands
