Comments:
Surprise workout today. Four 400s with one lap run in between (4 min). In clunky. trainers, went 63, 62, 62, 62! Other sprinters stopped at 3 because they were dieing. Coach said to go 30s for the first three then 29 for the last one. Each rep was harder than the next and felt like dieing last rep. Finished with good form and got super dizzy, every muscle was burning in my body, I was fumbling on my cool down, I was super sensitive to light, and I had a huge headache. Had to lay down in agony for a 12 min before getting back up to run again. Solid workout
