Comments:
2 mike warmup after practice
Then tried for 6-8 x800 with 2:00 rest
Had to adjust to 4 and then 8x400. All with about 2:00 rest between and half with 150 jog between.
Felt flat, heavy, and sluggish! Got a shot in the balls this morning so was kind of feeling that I guess.
