Comments:
Felt tired today, run went out too fast. I think tomorrow Im going to ease off and get more of a recovery because I havent felt good on a regular run enough lately. Went to the track to do some hurdles but Jackson told me to come back tomorrow so I added an extra half mile on my run because why not!
