8 easy, CP (conversation pace)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This is an aeroboic base training run. It should be about 90-120 slower than your 5k pace, should be a run that you don't hurt at all during or you are pushing to hard. If you run too hard, it will not train the aerobic system correctly. Faster runs all feed off what you do during the aerobic runs to make you ultimately faster ( ie, growing more blood vessels, more muscle, etc to help handle the demand of faster running).
