Linda used KT tape on me so I didn't want the pool to ruin it. I got on the recumbent bike, it didn't bother my hip. It actually makes me feel looser, the pain feels like my pelvis is stuck. I did level 5-7, RPM 95-100 HR 185-191
Going to see Dr. Doerr tomorrow :D
