Exercise Type: Bike

I did a quick bike session before I went to see Dr. Doerr. It was a lot faster than yesterday. I felt good. Level 6 RPM 95-110. Last 2 miles were >105.
I really like Dr. Doerr. Turns out he used to coach for Ridgefield but before I was there. He really assessed my back/hip. He was scared it was laberal at first but confirmed it was SI joint. He did some excerises and taped me. I have to see him twice a week and Update him everyday on what's working and not.
I did excerises meg gave me and abs later on
