Weather: 20 degrees w/ 10 mph NW winds

Comments:
1 mile warmup with 5x800 in 2:45,2:40,2:38,2:40, 2:41. Worked on getting going in the first 400, but pushing hard in the second .Then we did 2x300 and those were in 55,46. Felt REALLY good. Played a couple rounds of dodgeball for a cooldown and lifted. Biked for a few minutes after too.
