Comments:
After a long day and what felt like a long week, this workout wasn't too great. On my first 400 I got an asthma attack, so I missed the 300 and came back for the 200 (though all of the rest of my intervals were slower and more controlled upon Anthony's advice.) I don't think this would have been a great workout even without the asthma. It's a little frustrating because I feel like I haven't really had many good workouts, since the first few were easier due to injury and illness and then after that I've had a bunch of asthma.

Also, shoutout to Isabel for working so hard even while she can't run.
