Comments:
I ran a little bit after I got into Ithaca. I just felt like doing a Giles so I just went for it. I pushed the pace throughout the entire run just because I was feeling pretty good except I was exhausted from waking up at 3:30 am to catch my flight. Did drills strides and foot drills afterwards. Later I had a icebath since my legs/hips were feeling a little sore.
