Lets just say it was in the middle of the body swings when deep regret hit me. So I ran from my home to the Air Rights building in downtown bethesda (3.07 miles) and had 7 minutes to spare for a quick cool down before my dance class. Then I worked my butt of for an hour in dance. Then after class I gave myself 10 minutes before I ran back. The way back was a little slower than the way there as I was a bit winded, but it was nice running down Whitter Rd for a change. Now I have a bit of calve pain but it will be a bike ride tomorrow so they will be fine.
