Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First run back with the team and I was glad to be back. Running by yourself tests your self will but it is so much worse than running as a pack. I didn't mean to push the pace so much on this run but it sorta just happened. We started out running with the sprinters then a few of us just went off through cass. I ran with Neil, Noah, Soren, and Ian. After we got back from the run I did ten strides(about 1000 meters) and did about 15-20 mins of abs. Didn't have my watch today so mileage was guessed based on how fast all of us thought we were going
