Comments:
I ran for five minutes and was so sore and shin splinty after a more intense week than usual so I decided to x-train. I biked around my neighborhood for 22 minutes on top of the 5 that I ran. Afterwards I did 1:30 planks, plank leg lifts, crunch rotation and 3 sets of push-up rotation.
