Comments:
First 10k ever and I am pretty pleased with the result. Even though my time was not near my goal, I wanted to give up the entire time, and I refused to do so, which was a huge step in the right direction for me. This was a great learning race, and good to brush off the rust. I am ok with not getting much running in this weekend to start next week healthy, and race fast at the end of the season! Great opener.
