Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I was supposed to run long this morning, but I woke up this morning and could not walk. It was the combo of the 10k and standing and working for 9 hours yesterday that did me in. I wanted to hit the pool, but it was closed for Easter. I will be doing a longer core session and stretching session tonight, and hopefully this day off will help me be fresher for the week. My thought process for this season is that health is a priority over doing too much, and it has been working well for me so far, so no reason to change that mentality.
