Nice to get up on my feet after spring break and a less than satisfying meet. Was with Frankie, Theo, and Connor and Matt B (for part of it). I was kind of surprised at first by the light, 4, 3, 2, 1 x2 workout, but, like Anthony said, it was meant to jumpstart out speed after break, and it certainly did its job. I'm pretty satisfied with all of my intervals, as I PR'd on the 3, 2, and 1. In the past I've had trouble going 100 anaerobic and full-out sprint for the entire 200 or even 100 meters, but a managed to go full out at what felt like too early and maintain a higher speed throughout. Form felt good. Cool downs were kind of funky distances so that we could make it to the proper start line.
