Couldn't get to the gym on Saturday, and Sunday it was closed for Easter. I was in a lot of pain on Saturday by the end of the day & Sunday it seemed to be better. I'm not really sure bc I stay away from things that will aggravate it aka walking, sitting for long periods of time, and running. It feels best right after I workout & stim/ice.
Did some bike, I'm gonna do some more after class. Just don't feel like working out anymore. First session 40:00 min Level 7-9 rpm >92 5 minute cool down
