Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I hurt my calve playing basketball on Friday. It has been frustrating the past two days: limping, hobbling around, running 9 minute pace. I even had to cut the runs short! Today's run went much differently and I needed it.
It felt good to get back on pace even hitting low 6 minutes for miles 3 and 4. THe last half mile was tough and I need to work on hydraytion
