Comments:
We did a Giles to start out the day with a very big pack of boys. It was nice to have a big pack once again. We did push the pace a little bit I must admit because I was actually feeling a little bit tired. After we got back to the track we workout on some handoffs(300 meters below) I practiced with Cole and he was starting to get it near the end. Then I did 10 100 meter strides to break in my new spikes. After I did some abs. When I got home I stretched and rolled. Excited for this practice meet.
