Anacostia River run

Tried out a new run near my house today on the day off of practice. The route was pretty good but shorter than I expected so I improvised a 1 mile extension. Felt surprisingly good considering yesterday was a long day--about as strong as I have all season. The only problem was my groin muscle was a little bothersome. I first noticed it on the final 5 minutes yesterday but forgot about until today. It's not really painful at all, just feels like a tweak--it didn't affect my running but was still annoying. My fear is that I've had this same issue multiple times but it hasn't happened in about two years. I'll talk to Anthony about it tomorrow if the feeling is still there. Lifted during 3rd and 6th.
