splits were something like: 77, 86, 86, 84

Felt pretty easy except for the last one, but I dug deep and got an okay time. Sayra ran with coach and I and it was nice to have a teammate there. She has really improved, so it will be nice to run with her because I think she will push me to get a lot better!
