Comments:
I tried to complete the workout in less than hour but fell short after not being able to come back faster the second half. I hit 30 minutes for the first 4.25 miles but the second half was much harder. Yesterdays workout wasn't that easy and I should have drank more water last night and through out the night for workouts like this.

I have ran a total of 38 miles this month and have ran 6 of the 9 days. I need to keep that sort of consistency up.
